Griffin Home Inspection Services Inc. is locally owned and operated by Gordon Kay. Gordon has achieved home inspector certification through AHIT Canada, American Home Inspection Training Institute, which qualifies inspectors across Canada and the U.S. 

Gordon has also completed the Carson Dunlop and Associates home inspector training courses and passed the related CAHPI (BC) exams and is continually upgrading his knowledge and skills with continuing education.

Gordon has over 30 years of new home construction and renovations as a heating, ventilation and air conditioning installer, service and maintenance technician. He presently holds an interprovincial journeyman refrigeration and air conditioning certification as well as a B.C. Class B gas fitters certification.

With this kind of "hands on" experience with heating, ventilation, air conditioning, heat pumps, duct systems, gas fitting, plumbing and electrical, combined with his home inspection training you can be assured a thorough and knowledgeable home inspection.
